A property is one product or brand; each can run several widgets (one install apiece) and publish a knowledge site we host for you. Tickets and contacts are never metered. Answers are a monthly allowance that resets each billing period; if you need more, one-time Answer packs carry over and are used only once the allowance runs out — never an automatic overage bill.
