Do we need a developer to set this up?
No. You paste two lines of code into your website. It works with WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow and most website builders.
Can our help center use our own web address?
Yes. On the Growth plan and above, your help site can live at an address like help.yourchamber.org.
Does this replace our newsletter?
Not entirely, but it covers the quick news. Updates show in your website widget, and members who subscribe get each one by email as it’s published. Keep your newsletter for longer stories, and link to your updates from it.
Can members sign in?
If your website has a member login, your developer can connect it so Cove recognizes signed-in members. They can then see their past conversations from any device and vote without entering an email.
